Joanna Rutkowska - Grzeszczuk

She has grown up around horses since birth, because her grandfather Paweł Rutkowski was an employee of the Horse Racing Track in Służewiec.

She began her intensive riding education in 1983 under the supervision of Halina Gronowska (dressage instructor) at the Wiarus Horse Recreation Center. She participated in numerous amateur dressage and jumping competitions, and also performed in equestrian stunt shows. In 1986, together with Halina Gronowska, she joined the Delfin equestrian club (cooperating, among others, with Wanda Wąsowska and Dorota Modlińska). In 1988 she moved to the horse jumping section of CWKS Legia Warszawa, where she trained initially with Wiktor Durkot, and then with the Olympic champion Jan Kowalczyk.

During her studies, Ms Joanna developed a passion for coaching, which continues to this day. She is particularly interested in the psychology of humans and horses, as well as the impact of horses on dysfunctional children.
