INSTRUCTORS
Agata Malczewska
"I started my adventure with horse riding when I was a teenager. Horses accompanied me throughout my adult life, until at some point they became the center of it. A few years ago, I decided to go to Great Britain, where I had the opportunity to work with the best racehorse trainers, such as Ralph Becket, Richard Hanon and Ed Walker. Riding 6 days a week, 4-5 horses a day between 1.5 and 3 years old (which is over 100 horses per month x 4 years). I must have met with all the "problems" that horses sometimes cause. This experience is invaluable, which pays off every time I get on a "new" horse.
I derive my knowledge about horses primarily from the horses themselves. My first horse teacher was a mare that will remain in my heart forever. I met her on my way many years ago, she was a wonderful dominant 3 year old mare who could not be driven. More than a dozen people worked with it, each inventing new patents on how to tame it. Thanks to her strong character, she could not be broken. Recognized as dangerous, she was left in a box in holy peace. I got involved to work with her using methods different than everyone else has been doing so far. I started to delve into the psyche of horses, what motivates them, what they like, what are the relations between them in the herd.
It was she who allowed me to meet, she showed me almost everything about horses.
She taught me patience, nothing could be forced on her. You had to find a way to want to cooperate. After three years of our work, it was possible to ride it without a saddle and a bridle, in the field she followed me without a tether, she was trusting, gentle and at the same time she did not lose her pride and strong dominant character. The knowledge she gave me is universal for all horses.
I want to share this knowledge with equestrian art adepts who are at the beginning of their journey and adventure with horses."
