Start in the competition in the colors of SKJ Poland Park
Most of the formalities related to the registration of a SKJ Poland Park player in WMZJ and PZJ are completed by the Club. If you are willing to take part, please fill in:

Please provide the completed documents to the SKJ Poland Park stable along with a photocopy of your identity card and a certificate of the sports medicine doctor about the ability to practice horsemanship.
We would like to remind you that the condition for starting in the competition is to have a bronze badge - regional competitions, or silver - nationwide competitions.
The tests necessary to obtain a player's license are carried out by a specialist doctor in the field of sports medicine or a doctor with a certificate in the field of sports and medical jurisprudence granted by the Polish Society of Sports Medicine.
After the examination, the doctor issues a ruling on the ability / inability to practice horsemanship.
